Standard shipping, $6 postage charge.
Unfortunately, we do not ship outside of New Zealand.
We do not ship to a PO Box.
Click and collect is available at checkout. We will send an email out when it is ready to be collected. Click and collect hours are available Mon-Fri 9am - 5pm.
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Auckland, 28 Paramount Drive Henderson Auckland 0610.
Orders can not be combine with any orders made from https://havaianas.co.nz/.
All orders will be shipped via a local courier, this is a signature-required service. Orders placed before 12pm will be received within 3-5 business days. Delivery to the South Island and some rural areas may take longer.
We cannot change the delivery address once the order has been placed. You will need to get in contact with the courier carrier directly.
During Public Holidays and December we may experience shipping delays due to high demand, please be patient during these times.
If you’re not home when a driver attempts delivery, they will take it to their depot.
If they’ve done so, you may need to get in contact with the courier company to arrange redelivery/collection.
In the unfortunate event that a parcel is lost in transit, Jandal Outlet will replace or refund the item, once the investigation is completed. However, if the order can be tracked and traced to have arrived at its final destination, we will not be liable for the order.
If you believe you have received an item in error, please contact the our customer service team on info@jandaloutlet.co.nz so we can arrange for the correct item to be sent to you.
