What is your returns policy? 

 

IMPORTANT: We do not offer returns based on change of mind. This includes size exchanges, please choose carefully.

Heavily discounted products which have 'FINAL SALE' in the product description are not eligible for return/exchange/credit.

 

Online Order Changes/Cancellations

Please ensure all details provided are full and correct at the time of order placement. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or change your order once it has been placed.

Incorrect, Defective Return Policy

If a product does not meet an acceptable quality, is not fit for purpose, does not match the description or image (including colour and size) or arrives damaged/incorrect then we will work with you to provide a solution.

Damaged/Faulty Items

If you believe a product is defective/damaged please send an email to info@jandaloutlet.co.nz with photos, we may ask to get the item back for assessment. Defective/damaged items will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. If your item is found to be defective/damaged, we will send you a replacement item free of charge or refund.

Refunds will be performed using the same method as original payment.

 

Havaianas Jandal Outlet reserves the right to reject returns that we reasonably believe to be worn or damaged through improper use. If this is the case no refund or credit will be issued and the items will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
